We Got YouFrequently  Asked Questions

Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession focused on assessing, diagnosing, and treating physical impairments or disabilities using exercises, manual therapy, and various techniques to restore movement and function.

Physiotherapy can help treat a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries (like back pain, sprains, and fractures), neurological conditions (such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease), respiratory problems, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain management.

A typical physiotherapy session lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the treatment plan and the patient’s specific needs.

The number of sessions varies depending on the condition, severity, and individual progress. Some may need just a few sessions, while others with chronic conditions might require ongoing therapy.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy movement. For specific treatments, you may need to expose the area being treated, so wearing appropriate clothing is recommended.

I had a ACL and meniscus surgery. Approached SV physotherapy after 2 1/2 months of surgery with lot of improvement to be made. Raghav sir has assessed condition promptly and provided therapy process immediately. His team were quite attentive and helped my recovery fast.SV physiotherapy is very much useful with full equipment for physio and gym under the guidance of trained and knowledgeable mentor and team.

The Sri Vivekananda Physiotherapy centre, based on my experience,is highly professional and comes highly recommended.Dr.Raghava garu demonstrates exceptional knowledge and effective diagnostic skills, addressing a range of issues. The team of physiotherapists is supportive, providing excellent guidance.Personally,I sought help for back pain and foot numbness resulting from nerve compression post microdiscectomy.Despite a month long duration,I observed improvement, and the prescribed exercises proved beneficial for both back pain relief and muscle strengthening. This experience emphasised the significance of every small movement for our overall well-being.
